Privacy Policy

Zinda Labs LLC ("Zinda Labs", "we", "us") is preparing a pilot for a premium pill reminder appliance. This page describes how we handle information you give us through this website at zindalabs.com.

Short version: the only personal information we collect on this website is what you choose to enter in the waitlist form (your name, email, and who you are joining for). We use it to send you pilot and launch updates. We do not sell it. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

What we collect

When you submit the waitlist form, we record:

The name you enter
The email address you enter
Your audience selection (for myself, for my parent, for a family member, for a patient)
The IP address used to submit the form, captured by the web server for abuse prevention
The date and time of the submission

We do not run analytics, advertising, retargeting, session-replay, fingerprinting, or third-party trackers on this site. We do not set cookies for tracking. We do not use chat widgets or live-chat trackers.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

Send you product updates about the Pill Dispenser pilot and launch
Decide who to invite into limited pilot rounds
Reply to questions you send us
Detect and stop abuse of the waitlist form

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or partners for marketing.

Where it is stored

Submissions are stored on the server hosting this website. The waitlist file is not browsable on the public web. Access is limited to Zinda Labs personnel who need it to run the pilot.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist submissions until the launch wave closes or you ask us to remove them, whichever comes first. After that we delete the entry from the active list.

Tell you what we have for you
Correct your information
Delete your information
Stop sending you updates

To make any of these requests, email support@zindalabs.com from the address on file. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Children

This website and the Pill Dispenser pilot are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email support@zindalabs.com and we will delete it.

Third parties this site touches

The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com). When your browser fetches the fonts, Google sees the request, including your IP. Google's handling of that request is described in their own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on shared web hosting. The hosting provider sees standard web-server access logs, including IP addresses, as part of normal operations.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. The waitlist file is stored in a server directory blocked from public web access. No system is perfectly secure, but we follow common practices to protect what you submit.

Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle waitlist information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
