Privacy Policy

Zinda Labs LLC ("Zinda Labs", "we", "us") is preparing a pilot for a premium medication reminder appliance. This page describes how we handle information you give us through this marketing website at zindalabs.com.

What we collect

When you submit the early-access and reservation form, we record:

• The name you enter
• The email address you enter
• Your audience selection (for myself, for my parent, for a family member, for a patient)
• Campaign labels already present in the link you followed (such as source, medium, campaign, and content) and the referring website's hostname, if available
• The IP address and standard request information processed by our hosting and form provider for delivery, security, and abuse prevention
• The date and time of the submission

Please do not enter medication names, diagnoses, health history, or other medical information in this form. This marketing site does not ask for that information.

We do not add advertising, retargeting, session-replay, fingerprinting, or tracking-analytics scripts to this site. We do not set cookies for advertising or tracking. Campaign labels are copied once from the address bar into the reservation you choose to submit; they are not used to follow you across pages or sites. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard access logs needed to operate and secure the site.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Send you product updates about Zinda, early availability, reservations, the pilot, and launch
• Decide who to invite into limited pilot rounds
• Reply to questions you send us
• Detect and stop abuse of the reservation form

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We do not share it with advertisers, data brokers, or partners for marketing.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and securely stores verified form submissions for us. Netlify also sends an email notification to our business inbox when a new submission is received. Form submissions are not publicly browsable; access is limited to authorized Zinda Labs account holders who need it to manage early access, reservations, and the pilot.

How long we keep it

We keep reservation submissions until the relevant launch or pilot communication is complete, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. We periodically review the list and remove information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have for you
• Correct your information
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you updates

To make any of these requests, email support@zindalabs.com from the address on file. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Children

This website and the Pill Dispenser pilot are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email support@zindalabs.com and we will delete it.

Third parties this site touches

Netlify hosts the site, processes the reservation form, stores verified submissions, and sends submission notifications. Netlify may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request timestamps to provide and secure those services. See Netlify's privacy statement.

Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives the technical request needed to send those files.

UNPKG supplies the Three.js browser library used for the interactive product animation. UNPKG receives the technical request needed to send that library.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Reservation submissions are held in Netlify's authenticated form system rather than exposed as a public website file. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what the form collects and restrict access to authorized accounts.

Product and app data

This policy covers the public marketing website and its reservation form. Zinda's device and optional companion-app features—including medication schedules, dose history, and care sharing—are not collected through this website form. Separate product and app privacy terms will be provided before pilot accounts are activated. Care sharing is optional and controlled by the account holder.

Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle waitlist information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
