Privacy Policy

Zinda Labs LLC ("Zinda Labs", "we", "us") is preparing a limited US Kickstarter campaign for a premium visual medication reminder. This page describes how we handle information you give us through this marketing website at zindalabs.com.

What we collect

When you submit the Kickstarter-update form, we record:

• The name you enter
• The email address you enter
• Your audience selection (for myself, for my parent, for a family member, for a patient)
• Campaign labels already present in the link you followed (such as source, medium, campaign, and content) and the referring website's hostname, if available
• The IP address and standard request information processed by our hosting and form provider for delivery, security, and abuse prevention
• The date and time of the submission

Please do not enter medication names, diagnoses, health history, or other medical information in this form. This marketing site does not ask for that information.

Campaign labels are copied from the address bar into the update request you choose to submit. Our hosting and content-delivery providers may process standard access logs needed to operate and secure the site. Optional advertising measurement is described below; joining our list does not require it.

Optional advertising measurement

If you select the optional measurement checkbox and your signup is successfully saved, we load Meta Pixel to report a launch-list signup. Meta may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser details, page address, referrer and advertising identifiers, and may read or set cookies to attribute the signup to an ad. Meta processes this information under its Privacy Policy.

This event does not send the name, email address, audience selection or other answers you enter in our form. Automatic advanced matching is not enabled by our website code. We do not load this measurement script unless you select the unchecked optional box and successfully submit. We also respect the Global Privacy Control signal. You can join without measurement; a button click or failed submission is not reported as a lead.

The referral offer ended on September 12, 2026. We no longer create referral codes or use them to determine reward eligibility. Codes attached to earlier submissions may remain in those historical records under the retention and deletion choices described below.

How we use it

We use the information you submit to:

• Send the Kickstarter and product updates you requested
• Tell you when the Kickstarter pre-launch page and campaign become available
• Reply to questions you send us
• Detect and stop abuse of the update form

We do not sell, rent, or trade your submitted name, email or form answers. Optional technical advertising-measurement information is shared with Meta only as described above.

Where it is stored

The website is hosted by Netlify, which processes and securely stores verified form submissions for us. Netlify also sends an email notification to our business inbox when a new submission is received. Form submissions are not publicly browsable; access is limited to authorized Zinda Labs account holders who need them to manage Kickstarter and product updates.

How long we keep it

We keep update-list submissions until the relevant Kickstarter and launch communication are complete, or until you ask us to remove yours, whichever comes first. We periodically review the list and remove information we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what we have for you
• Correct your information
• Delete your information
• Stop sending you updates

To make any of these requests, email support@zindalabs.com from the address on file. We will act on the request within a reasonable period.

Children

This website and the Zinda Kickstarter-update list are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information, email support@zindalabs.com and we will delete it.

Third parties this site touches

Netlify hosts the site, processes the update form, stores verified submissions, and sends submission notifications. Netlify may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser details, and request timestamps to provide and secure those services. See Netlify's privacy statement.

Google Fonts supplies the site's typefaces from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. Google receives the technical request needed to send those files.

UNPKG supplies the Three.js browser library used for the interactive product animation. UNPKG receives the technical request needed to send that library.

Security

This site is served over HTTPS. Update-list submissions are held in Netlify's authenticated form system rather than exposed as a public website file. No system is perfectly secure, but we limit what the form collects and restrict access to authorized accounts.

Product and app data

This policy covers the public marketing website and its update form. Zinda's device and optional companion-app features—including medication schedules, reminder history, and any future care-sharing feature—are not collected through this website form. Separate product and app privacy terms will be provided before customer accounts are activated. Any care-sharing feature would be optional and controlled by the account holder.

Updates to this policy

If we change how we handle update-list information, we will update this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top.
